Do I have to purchase the animation for each of my videos?

No, you can use your transparent/green screen animation as long as you want, no attribution required - it's all yours! However, you will have to make a separate purchase if you want to use the same animation for a different username/handle.

Can I use these animations for mobile editing?

Yes! By default we send you transparent .MOV files but by request, we can send green screen versions free of charge (within 24 hours of request). These can be used in any mobile editor that supports green screen removal including iMovie.

How do I get my animation?

Once you place your order, you will receive your animation file within 5 minutes. No additional editing is required on your end - we handle this for you. You'll receive a link in an e-mail to download a zip file. Extract this, and you'll have your .MOV file ready to drop into your favorite video editor.

Do I have to repurchase if I want to change the subscriber count?

No. If you want to make a change to dynamic content such as the YouTube subscriber count, or even leave it blank, please reach out to us and we'll get it sorted for you, for free of course!

I just ordered my animation but haven't received it yet.

As long as you have entered your information correctly or followed up with us to provide updated information, you should typically receive your Google Drive link with the animation files in an e-mail.

Please check your spam folder as well the different categories/tabs in your Gmail. If you don't see the e-mail, please shoot us a message at team@animateaware.com.
